Chakra Locations

My previous post --Introduction to chakras briefly explains -Chakras as   a concept. This article briefs the locations for major chakra healing.

Heart/Anahata Chakra	Chest/Breast , additionally hands as they are extension of heart	Back of the heart	Thoracic, cardiac, heart areas, lungs, lymphatic areas
Throat/Vissudha  Chakra	Throat/larynx /Neck additionally Shoulders	Back of the neck, shoulders	Thyroid, Thoart & medulla center, cervical/ brachial plexus, larynx,
Third Eye/Ajna Chakra	Middle of the brows expanding upto head	Behind the middle of the brow	Center of the brow and medulla oblongata ( animal brain),
Crown/Sashara Chakra	Centre of the head	Centre of the head

Reiki is one of the modality by which chakras can be healed, however other few modalities are  sound, music, pranik healing, yoga, flower therapy, meditations, hypnotherapy, PLR, ayurveda etc.
