Sorcery of Heart- beauty of love

A young angelic poet of the 15th century sang this below poem to me while he was dancing in my room at 3:30 am .. it was beautiful the room was filled with pink and purple sparks... it was a beautiful way to wake me and soothe me.

Beauty of Love
Heart is mischievous never grows up
"To Live will be an awfully big adventure"

Pick up the old and set it free
Paint the picture and set it free
In this labyrinth of blue skies
And Eyes will soon be  a beautiful soul shining on thee

The fungal growth has begone too far
With fair weathered friend within punctuation mark
A mark that embarks a soul arisen out of new soul
Don't kill me as I have gone too far
Puncture my heart and let it glow
For this a beautiful labyrinth of the blue heart

Sorcery of the heart does nothing for the Soul

( Note this poetry is copy right - please don't copy and claim as yours)

Give your heart soon; it will be healed soon
Love

Tonglen- compassion meditation or practice

Tonglen, an old Vajrayana Buddhist compassion practice, can give profound relief to the suffering of  psycho-emotional battering. This is meditation practice which done in conjunction with breathing, helpful in opening the heart and aim to move towards altruism. It involves compassion for self, compassion for others-- reminds me of Avalokiteshvara and Archangel Zadkiel. From one of my gurus i have learnt that this is one effective way to balance oneself during Rahu/Ketu Mahadasha.

Avalokiteshvara means- one who looks down
upon others with compassion
Om Mani Padme Hum
 The essence of Tonglen is:

  • Breathe in all the suffering of all people on Earth who are feeling your same pain, including yourself. Be specific. For example, if you have the pain of loneliness, abandonment, or rejection from a lover, say "I breathe in the terrible pain of all those who suffer emotional rejection from a lover."
  • Breathe out full healing of all those people's pain, including your own. Say, "As I breathe out, may all those who suffer this pain, including myself, receive full healing acceptance from their beloved."

Compassion to all :)

Reiki and Healing Hurt Feelings

Inner Peace lets you be with your self
Feelings are like water they come and go a temporary state, a fluid state of emotions.  Water or emotions if  remain in the same state for long can begin to stink e.g: rain water collected in a pond and never cleaned, dirt is absorbed and affects the overall being. It is strange that people who love you sometimes also tend to hurt our feelings. Hurt can be by mere words in form of mockery, abusive words, judgement, criticism which leaves deep scars.

Typically these words affect the mind and keep hovering and lead to bitterness. In healing systems mainly, each hurt or painful words affect our specific chakra and it tends to get unbalanced and affects us. e.g: hurtful words for character tend to affect the hara chakra i.e: one questions ones relationship with others, sexuality issues, lack of expression.

For now lets look at how to heal your hurt feelings ( quite a task can take days/months /years cos this to form a better relationship with own self):-

  • Evaluate your feelings-. Understand if this your own feeling or projection of other persons feelings or you past emotional state e.g: words like " your good for nothing" can trigger feelings of repressed childhood memories  or have an impact that one becomes overtly competitive etc.It very important to understand to what extend. Suggested therapies- Letter writing, meditation, working or inviting messages from Archangel Ariel and Sandalphon, healing front and back third eye chakra and throat chakra along with back root chakra.
  • Purpose- In Hinduism it is understood that everything happens for a reason mainly karmic which may or may not be related to past lives. Looking in the real practical world too there are triggers in our lives some in form of hurtful words change our lives or make us find a new self.  How you found that new self is what you have to understand. e.g: a girl child who is  consistently verbally abused tends to get bitter and eventually works hard and becomes a scholar etc. Suggested Therapies- Past Life regression therapy , Hypnotherapy, working or inviting messages Archangel Raziel and Zadkiel , healing the crown chakra, front and back third eye chakra and root chakra.
  • Forgiveness- " Forgive and Forget" is the biggest mantra and solution for most of the issues. Though it is easier said than done. It better to not enslave oneself with past hurt feelings. After forgiveness too feelings of hatred will come back best is not resent but acknowledge it without resistance. Suggested Therapies-  Cord Cutting,  working or inviting messages from Archangel Raphael,  writing hurt incident on paper and healing it with Reiki and burning it, healing Front and back Heart chakra, Music Therapy
  • Pray -  Pray for healing. Time is sometimes the best healer.Additionally heal the crown chakra with selenite crystal.
You can also read up the post "  Chakra - Emotional Energy Areas"  too for more information or understanding.
Forgiveness Heals no matter how
difficult it may seem

Reiki - Let go the ego

" Me, myself and I " makes us believe that one has confidence in oneself i.e: higher self esteem and good sense of our ego. It is the ego which gives us the self worth, self esteem, self confidence, belief in oneself and ability to perform actions with energy. However sometimes the ego becomes "Big", with exaggerated sense of self importance and attitude that we are bigger than others. Surprisingly this is applicable to Reiki healers or practitioners too.
It so happens when we start performing healing on others and we get positive outcomes or some esoteric presence or information or ability the healers unknowingly tend to consider themselves bigger than others.
It also happens that sometimes the healer tends to pick up energies of the healee not only from open aura or lack of  protection or grounding but also cause of  big ego.

Following are the things which as practitioner or healer one can re-look or consider:-

  • Always know that you are just a medium, it is not your energy but universal energy which belongs to everyone
  • One should not focus on the outcome, neither should one promise that a problem or ailment will heal in some X number days or hours
  • Trust in the universal energy
  • Try not to take responsibility that one has to for sure heal someone or an event under any circumstance.
  • Let go of feeling of burden, attachment, worth with healing event.
  • Incase of  healing a dear one its more easier to pick energy  and be attached again cause we think its our moral responsibility to take the pain of the loved one. One should heal as a healer not as friend/loved one
  • Not making personal decision to channel energy esp in a person
  • Always know there is a higher force or energy bigger than our ego. Please if at any stage you have started counting the number of people whom you have healed and developed a sense a pride - then it is important to do a stop check and revisit the core learning of Reiki.
  • Start healing your heart chakra especially with emotional healing symbol and similarly heal the Manipura chakra with emotional healing symbol.
It is important to know the healer is also a human being prone to good and bad attitude, it is just about taming the so called " big ego" .

Surrender

" Diamonds are to be found only in the darkness of the earth and truth in the darkness of the mind".
                                                                                         Victor Hugo ( Les Miserables)

Let go- Dew drop on the lotus
leaf eventually has to merge with
its true source... surrender to the flow
Chaotic times are the ones which mainly lead or atleast make us feel sometimes that we are in a state of darkness or unknowing. There was one such time in which my teacher " Meera" explained to me the concept of surrender, little did i know what wonders it can do. I can clearly say despite all the concept and details and explaining to others what and why is it important to surrender at times; it has been very difficult for me to implement it myself- listening to my inner self gives a way.

But what is Surrender -- is it giving up, or letting go, or waiting in the darkness for light to come by itself,  does it come in the form of shrugging your desires over responsibilities or responsibilities over desire, does it mean having faith or relieving oneself from faith and let things chart their own course?? From a distance surrender is a fascinating word .... just another word.

When i look at " faith" which is usually people will preach or advocate , has elements of " universal energy to come to play"  or " whatever will happen will happen for the best". So the question is - Is it effort?? Is it oscillating between trust of self and others? Is it a wait n watch method??

Another aspect is giving up, usually it is not propagated as it is presented as someone who is hopeless, given up on life or responsibilities... So the question is ---" Is giving up control also an effort?" Are responsibilities, desires just means to stop us with go with the flow of life" or Is it to stop fighting for what we believe or have believed for so long "

Heal your heart with Reiki and love
& surrender to the divine within
Great act of patience is also an element, however in the process we still think of numerous outcomes and the very little details of it and still fretting over what might happen.

In  surrender one has to do it their best and then wait for any course to happen , basically to live in the present with calmness and then live and accept the outcome. It is to realize that we are not always in charge or control of our lives sometimes and letting go of the worries is what we can do best at hand. Probably channeling the energy of mental worry and can help us realize a positive outcome.

" Apply yourself, hand foot to the search, but when you reach the sea stop talking about the stream"
                                                                                                             Hakim Sanai ( Sufi Poet)

" One doesn't surrender life in an instant. That which is lifelong can take lifetime to surrender".

Reiki- Scientific Explanations and experiments

This  post is about scientific connections of reiki and to give an insight into few areas where it has been proven. This is informational article only based on my reading up on this matter. If you like you can read up more about reiki and scientific effects or explanations. Most of my fellow readers wouldn't be agreeing on these points but these are a few experimental facts about reiki.Below are a few insights :-

Ice Crystals
  • Effects of hands on healing is a physical process.-Experiment- Bengston worked with a healer, obtained 5 mice with severe cancer from a controlled group with 100% prediction of death between 14-27 days. These mice were healed for an hour daily for next 30 days. During those days the tumors/ulcers blackened, imploded and closed. The Mice lived a normal life span. The other set of mice with cancer sent to another location who were given injections died. This experiment was done in three replications of which 87.3 % of mice who were given reiki lived normal life span so 12.7% died as opposed to 100% of the mice of the group with no reiki treatment died.
  • Reiki has electrical and magnetic qualities which are measurable-  Ampere's law explains electrical and magnetic energies around human body, therefor electric current flows through conductors and created magnetic energy around. Therefore electric energy flowing through human body/organs creates bio-magnetic field. This bio magnetic energy changes and can be measured using instruments like magnetometer or super conducting interference device. It found people with specific ailments, moods, thoughts have different bio-magnetic fields. I am assuming reiki does have some effect on it. If we look at the electric energy which flows through the ida , pingala and sushmana nadis, proper flow of energy effects the overall bodily health of the being
  • Pulsating magnetic energy required for stimulating tissue repair is in the hands of most reiki healers-In 70s the biomagnetic research showed that magnetic energy ( at extremely low frequency) tends to stimulate tissue repair, bone fractures etc. Pulsing electromagnetic field energy was introduced for bone healing at 7Hz.Interestingly 2 Hz for nerve regeneration, 7 Hz for bone growth, 10 Hz for ligament repair. Dr. Zimmerman found that reiki practitioners/other healers /people with natural healing abilities emitted same low frequencies from their hands. Most of the practitioners had frequencies of 7Hz on an average but even going upto 30 Hz.
  • Brain waves of reiki masters or other healing modalities almost synchronize as earth's magnetic field-  Earth's magnetic field is about 7.83 Hz, tuning fork concepts come into picture here. For some of the reiki healers the brain waves are mostly in the alpha state during healing and tends to resonate with earth's magnetic field.
  • Reiki ice-crystal experiment- Ice crystal experiment was held in Japan , hands on healing was done to Japanese distilled water ( which never forms hexagonal shapes) due to high amount of chlorine. However the test was conducted on tap water for a few days and it was found that several samples had crystal formation, several seven sided crystals were formed which is rare.
  • Reiki reduces pain- In 2006 experiments were conducted on a group of women undergoing hysterectomy, 12 patients received 30 min of reiki treatment twice immediately before surgery and then at 24 hrs and 48 hrs. As per the state trait anxiety inventory and visual analog for pain measurement it was reported that women who received reiki had less pain-pre and post surgery.
  • An experiment by Friedman in 2010 wherein nurses gave healing to patients from acute coronary due to blockage of coronary arteries was found to relax the nerves and reflected positive change in heart rate.
  • Otelia Bengssten conducted experiment on 79 patients of various ailments like cancer, arthritis etc., out them 49 were given reiki, it was found within a few days the treated patients showed increase in hemoglobin values. For cancer patients treated with bone marrow suppressive it was so pronounced showed  increase in hemoglobin values.
  • An experiment by Crawford in 2006 wherein 12 elderly Alzheimer patients were given four 30 min reiki treatments improved the cognition skills than those of the other 12 patients who weren't given any treatment.

Reiki- 21 day cleansing process

Chaos- Upside down of
our beliefs/values/vision
A person who is initiated to Reiki irrespective of the degree will experience of 21-day cleansing process. The reiki initiation esp at level 1 and 2 wherein the vibration level increases and breaks the negative patterns of the lower vibration. The pattern shift of dissolving of toxins and breakdown of negative patterns takes some time, usually the time duration is understood the be atleast 21 days.

The 21 day cleansing process is also included during the practice that post the initiation so the channel is wider and smoother. Additionally as per human behavior takes about 21 days to something to be accepted our mental/physical system and certain changes to be completely visible.

Upon initiation or prior to initiation every individual should ask themselves or write as to what things they want to change, what changes they want
From the destruction
 arises our true higher
inner self- which asks us to
look within
within themselves and do you really want to change things? In all these three questions the common element is change meaning transformation. Thus 21 day cleansing process enables  individual to transform oneself on  all or specific levels be it physical/mental/emotional or spiritual.

Typically based on the growth of the soul and the willingness to transform, the changes are visible on physical  level as flu, pains, aches, constipation, vomitting, stomach upset, sore throat etc.; on emotional level past suppressed emotions or emotions that we fight back or hold on to frequently might come up on the surface;  on mental level old thought forms, blame, victim, guilt, behavioral patterns etc will re-surface and literally be tormenting; on spiritual level usually one's believe system is shaken or one questions the real truth.

Few suggestions that can help during  reiki 21 day cleansing period :-

Listen to your beautiful inner voice
Peace- Harmony-Love-Abundance
  • Drink lots of water to release toxins
  • Eat fresh fruits and juices, avoid or eat less meat products and avoid alcohol/smoking/recreational drugs
  • Do self healing without fail for 21-45 days , else if you miss you will have to re-do until next 21 days from the day you missed
  • Try meditate or sit in calm quiet place
  • Share your experiences with your fellow reiki learners or teacher;  preferably keep a journal
  • Avoid stressful situation- reiki itself will soothe everything around you and make u positive mind
  • Appreciate self and others. Best is to compliment others/ be playful
  • Do things in moderation- like not over the top
  • Be compassionate- ask archangel azrael to help you in your transformation process and comfort/heal your hurt. Invite Archangel Raphael during every day reiki self healing
  • Take rest, incase any serious complication talk to your doctor and reiki teacher.

Trust and listen to your inner voice and higher self- a new you, a new vision, a new life has just begun.

Chakras- Emotional energy areas

A natural instinct state of mind deriving from one's circumstances, mood or relationships with others is defined as EMOTION. Any feeling which characterizes the feeling of joy, anger, love, guilt, sorrow etc is called as emotion.
It is interesting to note that each emotion corresponds to a specific chakra in turn to a specific organ. It is the emotion that affects the physiology.

A child's heart is full and purest of all
Each emotion tends to affect another emotion- either by giving rise to another emotion or overcoming another emotion or lowering another emotion. All this leads to one chakra imbalance affecting another chakra

  • Giving rise/feeds to another emotion ( reactive)-  Anger gives rise to joy, joy gives rise to thought, thought gives rise to worry, worry fives rise to fear and fear to anger
  • Overcoming another emotion ( more of imbalance and channeling of energy)-  Anger overcomes thought, thought overcomes fear, fear overcomes joy, joy overcomes worry and hence anger
  • One emotion lowering another emotion- worry reduces joy, joy reduces fear, fear reduces thought, thought reduces anger, anger reduces worry.

Of all the emotions the negative emotions like guilt, worry, sadness etc. are the one's which lead to a large imbalance in the psychological and physiological state of a person/being. Below is a chart which lists the negative emotion area ---chakra and feelings or triggers related to it.

Cope and Reason for Hope

Picasso (artist),Mark Vonnegut (son of the writer Kurt Vonnegut), John Nash (mathematician, winner of the Nobel Prize in economics and subject of the book and movie A Beautiful Mind) Syd Barrett (founder of Pink Floyd),Buddy Bolden (jazz pioneer),Eduard Einstein (son of Albert Einstein) are a few famous people who had Schizophrenia and yet were successful.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was about a sometime back when a young man of 20-25 years old was lying in the street in front of our house. My father had come back from the vegetable market, when he saw the man. He immediately went to the young man who was trying to say something but could not express, he started telling about some strange stories. Some people standing around said that the young man was a mad & had problems in his head. He was crying as he hadn’t eaten anything, I suppose since morning/days. My mother made some paranthas and my father kept it in front of him, it was sad sight that he could not even properly hold it. Seeing this my mother was in tears and so was my father and then my father himself fed the young man thinking he was also someone's sick child. The young man ate then slept in the street, next morning he was nowhere to be found. It was days/weeks later my parents got to know, that the young man was practically disowned by his family members as he was diagnosed with mental illness some few years ago, they took care but later could not cope with him and was left on his own. Left to fight on his own with his mental illness of which he had no idea known to us as Schizophrenia.

Syd Barrett
Schizophrenia one out of the numerous mental illnesses. It originates from the Greek word-- Schizien "to split" and Phren " the mind" thus -splitting of the mind. It is a psychiatric diagnosis that describes mental disorder with respect to impairments in perceptions, delusions etc. Eugen Bleuler in 1908 first coined the term Schizophrenia.
A few symptoms are: - Hallucinations, Disintegrated & disorganized thinking, delusions, inapproriate reactions, psychosis etc.
The symptoms in children and adults are different. In the recent years it has been observed that it’s mostly occurs at about 18-25 years. Sad but true it cannot be cured, family members & loved ones are the people who can help one cope up with the illness. The ability to care for a schizophrenic is associated with emotional strength & determination, financial reserves & above all time.

Thus Family & loved ones are the BIGGEST HELP!!! It has been found out that family support is a biggest factor in improving from the situation.

Schizophrenia Support Group
  1. Family should not shun responsibility of the person, not to feel ashamed that someone in the family has it.
  2. Acceptance is very important. Cursing your fate, feeling guilty, blaming one another never helps. Mourn, forgive and move on. To act out of resentment & drama between family members makes it worse for the person being treated also.
  3. It is a MEDICAL ILLNESS and requires treatment with responsibility.
  4. It is NO ONE's FAULT, essential that the person is diagnosed & treated well.
  5. A caring, safe environment that allows for as much freedom of action is very much required; Hostility & criticism in the environment at home should be reduced or eliminated.
  6. Important that the person takes prescribed medication as per the doses and family members need to ensure that it strictly followed else it leads to severe relapse.
  7. In extreme cases side effects to person happens thus important to inform the doctor at very onset.
  8. Educate oneself with the pattern of the schizophrenic person. Relapses are frequent, some patience is required--emotional straining does no good.
  9. Individual psychotherapy is essential for the person.
  10. Essential to make a daily routine at least an attempt is required. If possible help them work and find a job. Yes-- A Job!!
  11. Compliment the person on achieving goals; remember criticism does a lot of harm.
  12. Set attainable goals for them.
  13. Realize that caring for the person is emotionally, mentally, physically tiring & exhausting. Important to take care of yourself too.
  14. Often spouses, children or parents get drained to a very large extend in the caring process -- after effects show later.
  15. Important to have regular meetings with the doctor, and keep note of the behavioral pattern in the person & discuss on every meeting.
  16. Talk to the person frequently; listen to them esp. when they are in trouble.
  17. Sometime Schizophrenics get into Substance abuse like marijuana, or other drugs under no state and the person should get into that situation before or after diagnosis.
  18. Boost up the moral confidence of the person, they can lead normal, independent & satisfying lives too just like any of us.
So this in the end, the single most important thing: Is to love, care, appreciate and help the patient move ahead and live an Independent life like an independent individual. Thank you for reading this article and if you ever come across a person with Schizophrenia try and help them in some way. Worse thing to do is to leave the person dieing on the road and let them cope with illness by themselves.

So Always Take care & cope with a reason called as HOPE.

Self- Healing and Child Abuse

One day at my apartment I was talking to a group of 5-6  girls ( aged 27-31yrs) when the topic of abuse came forth. It turns out each and every one was abused sexually as a child to a lesser or greater extend. Most managed to escape from the predator but the scars which some had were to haunt/upset them for the rest of their lives.

Most of the people abused as children would have never uttered a word to their friends/parents about the pain and would'v led their adult lives normally. It is sad to know that most people still subconsciously live with it and for some it keeps affecting them in some way or the other i.e feelings of rejection, abandonment, rigid, relationship issues, trust issues, fear, guilt, unresolved anger  etc. It is pain and hurt which is known only to the one who has been through it.

I know that it takes great guts, courage, time, patience to come forth and talk openly about a childhood abuse to anyone especially if the feeling of guilt, fear, injustice or non -acceptance from society are still deep rooted within.
With personal experience one must learn and understand that sometimes apart from oneself no-one else can help  ---" You are your own healer "

Reiki and Spiritual healing is one such mode of helping yourself or others in overcoming Child Abuse.

Reiki Self- Healing -

  • Give the intention to the Universe to heal your past wounds and liven inner child.
  • If you like Invite archangel raphael or any god or angel with healing touch to support you.
  • While healing the heart chakra- imagine a pink soft ball bouncing and then slowly merging within your front heart chakra. Similar for back heart chakra.
  • Use the distance and emotional healing symbols frequently on heart chakra and say let go and imagine green light surrounding your heart chakra.
  • While healing the hara chakra imagine orange waves cleansing the chakra.
  •  For the root chakra specifically use the physical and grounding symbols
  • Back root & hara chakra to be healed for longer durations.
  • Towards the end of self-healing do white light healing and green light protection especially around the heart chakra.

Others Ways to Heal self-

  • Forgive yourself & forgive the abuser. Write your feelings on a piece of paper about the incident then and now ( it can be ugly, sad, angry feeling) and close it by writing " I forgive you" and burn the paper. Do it as many number of times required.
  • Sit in a meditative position, take deep breaths until you feel relaxed. Let your mind wander about the abuse incident till the point you think it is baseless and no-longer a part of your identity.
  • Sit in a meditation position alone in a quiet place, take deep breaths and be relaxed. Start talking out your feelings aloud as if you telling the abuser how you felt and how is it hurting you till date.
  • Remember you re not alone, try talking to people who have been through similar experiences and encourage self and others to move ahead.
  • Keep a feelings chart- you might be surprised to see that some events or incidents trigger similar feelings, so work on with yourself or psychologist to how to improve.
  • Never ever blame yourself
Heart Chakra Healing by Green Color & Visuals
Affirmations - for self healing
  • Heart chakra- " I willingly release all fears , concerns, past hurts and worries about giving and receiving love.
  • Heart Chakra- " I am an expression of true love and forgiveness- I forgive my "abuser"
  • Root Chakra- " I am safe and secure at all times. I am protected and well guided and accepted by self and all"
  • " I declare myself free from all past wounds"

Hope it helps.

The Coming of the Ship- The Prophet

Long were the days of pain I have spent within it walls
Long were the night of aloneness ;
And who can depart from his pain and aloneness without regret
Too many fragments of the spirit have I scattered in these streets
I cannot withdraw from them without a burden without an ache
Its not a garment I will cast off this day
But a skin I tear with my own hands
A voice cannot carry the tongue and lips that gives it wings
Alone it must seek the ether
And alone and without its nest shall the eagle fly the sky.!!

Beautiful Lines :)

Specific Anger Management Meditation & Yoga

a) Breathing Meditation-  Concentrate on the tip fo your nose, inhale slowly and feel the breath till your stomach your manipura chakra, hold it for 2 seconds ( count 1-7/10) and then feel it slowly exhale it. Try doing it alongwith Reiki
b) Nabhi Kriya - This helps to balance the Manipura and inturn anger issues--
  •  This involves lieing on the floor or a mat and doing alternate leg lifts (upwards) for 10 min
  • Then lift both legs for another 5 min,
  •  Followed by knee to chest lift for 2-4 min slowly inhale and exhale
  • Stretch the legs in 60 deg position for a min atleast
  • Stretch one leg  and hold the other to the chest and alternate it for 2  min each
  • Finally relax
c)  Personal belief-  Praying to Krishna, Brisphati Dev, Mediatating on Guru Nanak Devji and doing Jaap Sahib, Meditating and thinking of Jesus Christ ( yes Mother Mary too) , calling archangel Raguel & Raphael really helps in releasing anger and forgiveness.

d) Fast on thursdays for Lord Vishnu or visiting nearby Infant Jesus Chruch also helps.

e)  Kapalbhati -- is always very helpful in taking away any negavitity from your body as there is forceful release of breath from the body for a continous period.. Preferred time should be morning as its the time when your nabhi is the weakest thats when you would want to strengthen it.

Self - Protection & Gratitude

Meditiation, Prayer work, Reiki, tarot, angel therapies, hypnosis, past lives are the few areas of energy work by which one can tread on the path of spritual growth. (Please note-- there is no fixed path in growing everyone has their own path/destiny just the means are different--Anyways).

Energy Work, spirtual growth , elevation etc are very facinating words but each time one learns and practices the key is protection of the self -physical level & aura/other realms around onself.
In my reiki healing  sessions I have many times encountered myself picking up energies and immediately feeling wierd, lost,  upset or similar incidents happening . As I practised more  in these areas I realised I wasnt protected enough or maybe was healing from the ego and was too sensitive.

So inorder to Minimize the risks and protect ourselves and suggestions for other people - ROSE is what I sought out to ---

R- Remember the Divine
O- Offer yourself to receive the divine wisdom
S- Surrender the whole process to Divine
E- Equanimity- Align heart and mind with the Divine

1)  Always enter the healing sessions by first protecting yourself Always start by saying the affirmations, CALL/ASK/PRAY to the supreme being, archangels, higher anagels, Gods by using compassion & intution/mind.

2)  It is always important to Open up oneself to receive divine protection and guidance by setting the intention and being more receptitive from the higher levels- Gods, Gurus Archangels, Angels ,higher self , person or anyone you believe in.

3) Surrender the whole process to the Divine, offering oneself as the pure channel and let go of the  " MINI-ME- EGO".Important  to let one's physical, mental emotional, spiritual self to be an instrument to Divine will or let the highest self to work through. Allow higher wisdom to guide & conduct the process by letting the intution flow.

4) Open one's heart & self to higher feelings- compassion, harmony, forgiveness, gratitude, peace & faith as opposed to plastic feelings. invoking the higher feelings to self-trancedence & equanimity.

My Spiritual Journey- Love and Heal

Ever Since I was 10 years old I knew that I was meant to heal and help. I wanted to be a doctor to help and heal others, but instead got into Software Engg & 13 years later life went onto a whole different level of professionalism and working hard. But some where some incidents kept happening which made me question " WHAT IS THAT WHICH IS MISSING" .

Healers, aura readers, saints met me and told me what I should be doing but still the time wasnt right in my mind.
They say" Love and hurt/trauma are given by most unexpected people and or quarters in life  " so was the case with me which made me unknowingly get into this journey , esp when I started seeing colors around me ( which freaked me for many years)

I learnt reiki, other healing modalities, fell in love with my Lord ( Isht devta) and inturn with myself, glimpses of the world etc etc... There are so many unexplainable incidents and learnings which I had in my journey of few years.

I am believe my heart & soul is that of a SUFI ( though new age)  though I believe in all religions, concepts & each of it is derieved or created for a better learning. All In all in believe in people and all roads lead to one Supreme Power which is within US. :)

Hope you enjoy, learn and share experiences
