Reiki and Anger

" Why do you want to learn reiki ?" This was First question my reiki teacher "AJ" asked my me Day One--Reiki 1 attunement; without a doubt the first two words were " ANGER MANAGEMENT " & " Emotional issues".

Anger is the associated with the Manipura chakra/solar plexus chakra which is about 2-3 fingers above the navel. This is place for transforming anger into action. Whenever the manipura chakra is weak one is unable to take action to meet the desired outcome or unable to take responsibility of our own actions/ manipulation  can lead to Anger rage  & feeling of victimization.

How to overcome Anger issues through reiki

1)  While doing reiki Heal the front and back manipura/solar plexus chakra about 2-3 fingers above navel/nabhi. If you are reiki 2 channel or above use the symbol of emotional healing.
2)  Usually anger stems from negative emotions which is an attachment a situation or person or outcome, try healing the Ajna/Third Eye chakra along with Manipura and seek detachment in your mind from it.
3)  Heal and open your heart chakra, specially if its unresolved emotional issues + anger.
4) Similarly lie or sit still and be silent within yourself, thinking about that incident or person just cut chords immediately. You can also call Archangel Micheal or Shivji's or Guru Gobind Energies to cut chords.
5) Interestingly you can just imagine a sword in your hand and imagine a chord and instantly cut it from all or any specific chakras
6)  Say the affirmation -- " I flow with the flow of life" continously this helps to balance the manipura chakra.
7) Forgive and let go. One exercise- take a piece of paper and write the name of the person and the incident which hurted you and fold it and give reiki with the prayer " I release all anger, rage and hurt, and inturn replace this with genuine forgiveness". After the giving reiki burn that piece of paper.

If someone has serious anger issues related to child abuse/sexual abuse/violent behavior its always best to seek always seek help from pschyciatrist.

Remember -- " “You are free to choose no- anger ”

Love and Heal

  1. Controlling or managing your anger is hard to do, however, if you put your mind to it, you can. For a fact, we all experience anger in our lives. Uncontrolled anger, however, can create problems in our relationships and even with our health. All of this can lead to more stress and additional problems, which can complicate life and keep us from being our best selves. Let go of Anger, not an easy thing to do, but try. You deserve that. You are far better than what they would make you feel or believe. The wonderful post you've shared here and also I read through your blog and I am left speechless, you're an awesome writer.
