Chakra Foods

Most of the people think that chakra alignment or better spirtual attainment is gained or achieved only by fasting, meditating and doing other spirtual activities/energy work.
It is interesting to note that the chakras or vortexes can be balanced or managed without our own help- own help of eating right and probable exercises. Whenever certain chakra misalignment or some times physical /emotional ailments can be due to under eating, over-eating or intake of wrong kind of food.

Lets have a look at the kind of food which can help us fuel our chakras and help in balancing, aligning and living a healthy and happier life.
